(hereinafter, the "COMPANY"), identified with RUC N°20510396619, with address at Calle Miguel Dasso 134 Of. 601, San Isidro - Lima, Peru;, within the website www.fishco.com.pe (hereinafter the "WEBSITE" or "Site"). Any person who wishes to access and/or subscribe and/or use the Site may do so subject to these Terms and Conditions, along with all other policies and principles that govern the WEBSITE and that are incorporated herein directly or by reference or that are explained and/or detailed in other sections of the Site.

Consequently, all visits made to this WEBSITE will be governed by these rules and subject to the applicable legislation in Peru.

User refers to all persons who access the WEBSITE.

5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This agreement will be governed in all its points by the laws in force in the Republic of Peru. Any controversy derived from this agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or fulfillment, will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Lima, Peru.
